What can I expect from counselling with you?
During our sessions together, you can expect to be heard, understood and not judged. I strive to create a safe, calm space for you to explore your feelings and thoughts without assumptions or judgment.
I take a relational approach to sessions, so I might check-in with you during a session to see how you feel working together and if anything needs to change, I am open to all feedback.

How much does a counselling session cost?
Before starting counselling sessions, I offer a free 30 minute introductory call. This allows us both to ask any questions and see if I might be the right fit for you.
My fee for therapy is £55 for a 50 minute session.
I have some appointments at a reduced rate, but these are limited, please feel free to enquire.

I’m not sure if this is right for me…?
That’s okay! Many people haven’t considered counselling before, and most may feel they have to be in an extremely bad place mentally to need it.
This isn’t necessarily true, many of us (myself included), use counselling as a way to express ourselves without others’ opinions or judgment. It can mean you have a place to understand yourself better and what your needs are.
If you’re unsure, try a free 30 minute introductory call with me, there is no obligation to go ahead, and you can ask any questions you have.

Are you fully qualified?
I am a fully qualified Integrative counsellor and a registered member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).
My registered number is: 396193.

How does it all work?
I work exclusively online. Once you contact me via the form on this website, I will respond to book you in for an introductory call. We will arrange a time and day that suits you and you can expect a few questions from me about what you feel you need/want from counselling.
From there, if you wish to start counselling sessions with me, we will arrange a set time/day weekly or fortnightly and I will send you a meeting link on the day of the session. In the unlikely event that I am running late or need to cancel, I will send you a text/email/call to let you know.
I tend to open each session with a "Hi, how are you?" and we go from there. I follow your lead in the sessions, should you feel you need more direction, feel free to let me know!
